"My experience being in SES has been remarkably enlightening. Everything from the regular Tuesday meetings to the various committee meetings has all played a role in shaping my ideas and understanding of some of the things that affect us as engineers.

Having been in charge of Projects. I got a chance to organise and facilitate various sessions as well as foster a community based on the sharing of ideas and the exchange of information. Through Github and Git, I learned how to navigate open source sharing which would later prove crucial in my attachments and internships.

I would recommend SES to anyone willing to join a network of engineering students and consequent engineers who are driven and aim to provide a holistic experience both in an academic and non-academic setting."
